    ..trust me,they arent trying to sell it.Its a virus.They get paid by companys to send out fake websites that look like total giberish,and it plants a virus in your computer that is hard to remove..DONT click on them

    I know, that you are able to succeed if you change your eating habits and activity levels in the long-term only.

    Healthy eating and exercise. The two work perfectly together.
