Depends on the person…as far as how much is healthy to lose..If youre eating small meals..the real key here is to eat them every 2-3 hours..it revs up your metabolism and the weight falls off. Im on a similiar routine..and it works rather quickly!! I”m eating more than I ever have and I’m still losing….just try it and see what happens. Then what can they say? Youre eating 6 meals a day..but small healthy ones!
the thing about dieting that many tend to go wrong is that they dont go on a diet they can stick for life,so all the pounds that were once lost will return once they return to their previous eating patterns..Im on a portion controlled lactovegetarian diet which i include 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week to burn 700 calories per session(i assume that the readings on the machine are precise, although some may disagree) and i do hathayoga, pilates & kickboxing on selected days.I walk daily from the subway station back home each time i go out somewhere(20-25 minutes)…
I only drink water and green tea and have no passion for sweets and fried foods, including chips and carbonated drinks. The most i may indulge every 3 or 4 days is 20g or less of dark chocolate.I drink 500ml of fortified lowfat milk daily. My main source of fibre is instant oatmeal(35g for breakfast and another 35g for dinner) which is very filling when eaten with veggies and fruits…
