<p>I used to be very in shape and play a lot of sports but excuses aside (I did have some medical problems for years) I want to get back into shape.</p>
<p>My goals weight is: 140 lbs.</p>
<p>I eat good meal choices but my snacks are the killers, I need an exercise program that will help me tone and trim down. I have a treadmill at home, it only has a level 2 incline on it and I enjoy power walking on it. I also have an exercise ball, a small bally ball for crunches and a total gym as well as 2 lbs free weights.</p>
<p>Does anyone know of a good program that I can stick to that will allow me to get to my goal weight in a year. I think I could lose 50 lbs in a year if I really work at it. Does that sound feasible? </p>
<p>Also, what should my caloric intake be if I want to lose an average of 1 to 2 lbs a week? and how  much should I be working out during the week?<br/><br/></div>

I&#8217;ve been through enough health classes at my school to know whats good for me and whats not, and i don&#8217;t want to be put through some weightloss program. I could careless about &#8220;results&#8221; and all i would use a trainer for is strictly a workout, and even then I think I dont need one. I am even unsure if i would have time for a trainer during the year with all my school, ballet, and swimming, but my mom seems set on it. She got mad at me last year when I wanted her to stop obsessing about my health, now shes hired people to do it! Do you have any suggestions how I get out of this without upsetting my mom<br/><br/></div>

<p>Only thing is, it was so long ago I could be making this up, making some little program into this supertool. </p>
<p>But I hope not, it sounds useful at this time in my life.</p>
<p>Anyone have any idea/clue? Sorting through all the Google results for &#8220;diet tool&#8221; or &#8220;daily food calculator&#8221; seems daunting at the moment (have quite a bit to do tonight), so if anyone actually knows, that would save me time.</p>
<p>I just want an easy way to keep track of my protein and fiber intake and maybe see how I am with vitamins and minerals. I think the program was free to the public.</p>

Ideally, someone would know &#8216;##% into energy, ##% through urine/sweat, ##% through solid waste&#8230;etc.&#8221; Any good info? Also, just so you know the &#8220;program&#8221; I&#8217;m talking about, is one I&#8217;m setting up myself. I know about 6 times more about weightloss than I probably need to know, so I&#8217;ll definately lose the weight. I&#8217;ve just had trouble applying it, because I&#8217;ve been too hard on myself. I go to the gym and walk my dog everyday. I&#8217;m going to figure out all my favourite foods and figure out a healthy way to eat them.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m really flattered by all your answers. I&#8217;m actually 202 pounds! My goal weight is 130 pounds. That still seems kinda heavy to me, but we&#8217;ll see.</p>
<p>And yes I will keep you guys updated if you want. Just let me know, and I&#8217;ll send you the results. Everyone loves a success story lol =)<br/><br/></div>
