I know you’re sick of it, but help with weightloss?
basically, I’m 17, i’m quite short, and i can’t help but eat a lot of junk food. I try to stop but i need some sort of plan. If anyone can help me and offer a days or weeks worth of diet and excercise plan, i’d much appreciate it
Weightloss help please?
I had a baby 5 months agao and have been doing really well loosing my baby fat (lost about 10lb so far). However, I had a lapse in my diet/ excercise and when I tried to get back on track I feel as though I am not getting anywhere! Stuck at the same weight!!!! I am eating very healthy, fruit/ veg/ small portions etc etc and I am walking every morning 21/2 miles and doing a quick cardio workout 20 mins every other night! What am I doing wrong?
weightloss for summer?
my g/f is guna b gone for about month and a week and i wana lose weight while shes gone cuz she wants 2 go swimming when she gets back and i dun wana b a lard ass lol so i was wonderin wat i could do to help get rid of it
no pills or anything just healty eating and excercise and stuff
is this a good weightloss idea?
i am 121 lbs and i want to get down to 115 by the end of May and then 110 by the end of June I am 5′3
and i have a small frame
I do 60-80 minutes of cardio a day and stick to a 1500 cal diet
my measurements are
bust 32
wasit 26
hips 33
but i am aiming at going down to a 24 inch wasit and 31 inch hips keep in mind this is ALL ideal for me seeing as i am tiny.
but is it possible with my plan?
oh and will it be possible to continue eating healthy and upping my calories to 1800-2000 and excercise 3-4 times a week and NOT gain any weigt back?
Does acai burn really work with excercise?
I am 26 and about 4 years ago I lost 98lbs on La Weightloss, and after my first child I got it back off no problem. But I just had my second child 3 months ago and this time I am struggling alot. La Weightloss wasn’t working for me anymore so I decided to try weight watchers but my progress is SUPER SLOW. So seeing as I am on weight watchers I am ALREADY eating super healthy, and I excercise at least 4 days a week for about 45 minutes per session and do ALOT of cardio but I am still struggling and was thinking about trying the Acai Burn but I am not sure if it really works.
I’d like to drop about 15 pounds by October the latest, what’s the best way to diet?
I am going to be in a wedding at the end of October and would like to slim down a little bit for the occassion (I mean I will be in pictures!). I’ve tried diet pills and they only make me anxious. I can’t really sign up with Nutrisystem, LA Weightloss or Jenny Craig because I am a vegan (hard to believe a vegan needs to lose weight, but it’s true) and they don’t really have options for me. Honestly, I’d love to miraculously lose the weight by mid-August since that’s the final fitting for the bridesmaids dress. So… any quick fixes that won’t totally damage my health? Or do I just need to kick it ol’ skool with the diet and excercise routine? HELP!

I’m 17, female, 5′9, currently 85 kilos
I eat 3 small meals a day..breakfast = 2 handfuls of museli,soymilk,peice of fruit lunch = salad, veggie wrap, fruit, dinner = veggies, egg
I drink PLENTY of water, and get atleast 1 hour brisk walking excercise done.
CAN I lose 20 kilos by approximately JUNE?
My question isn’t whether this is a safe or permanent method of weightloss…just if you think its possible

What type of foods should I be eating if I start working out?
This past two weeks I’ve been working really hard to get into a workout routine. I’ve got Runner Worlds books, and have started out well. I just have problems with eating healthy. I do, it’s just the fruits and veggies I replace the unhealthy snacks are just not that filling. So I am literally pigging out on apples, grapes, and Yo plait light all day long! So I was wondering if you had any healthy snacks that were filling for me.
My workout routine is to work out 3-5 times a week, depending on when I have softball practice. I try to jog a good 1 and a half to two miles, and then run walk til it has been 30-45 minutes. I also put in high-knee running and butt kicks. I come home and lift free weights and basically do twenty minutes of stretch and strengthening exercises.
I have been trying to lose weight so if you know:
-Any good meal plans
-exercises and excercise routines
-and any weightloss supplements that work
I would really appreciate it!
weightloss for the summer?
im in 7th grade and i weigh 117lbs, i dont care really about how many lbs i weigh, i just want to loose my leg/thigh, and stomach fat by the summer. if i started eating healthier and excercising more and trying harder in gym, would i get a flat stomach and skinnier legs? if not how long would it take if i sticked to the healthy eating and excercise?
what is more effective precentage wise for weightloss?
